I was asking about the doc.

There were several references to it. The search here doesn't seem to give me the same info twice but easyrider and someone else had asked about it a couple years back (ET ate my reply with links for these posts). And I believe Jack had mentioned to reference it ("see 3 volumes report") when noting the difference between the volume on the YM and ES. It might be nothing, just a reference to PRV or DU. Because of the YM/ES context I though it might have to do with YM volume levels.

    See bottom of attached file.

    Thanks,

    Ezzy

  4. Another trader referred me to a possible location, Ezzy. Click here and take a look in the Channels for Building Wealth v2.2.pdf file. You may find what you need within that document.

Spydertrader, have finally read all of both journals (albeit once each).

Just wanted to say thank you to you personally for starting these journals and continuing to maintain them despite the distraction they must be from other activities.

Also a thank you to all the regular contributors especially those that developed tools and dug out old post to help us new guys on our learning curve. You know who you are.

Wishing you all profitability and more importantly continued enjoyment from your trading!

Spydertrader and others using the hershey method for shorts, could you tell us what VOLUME trigger you are using. I know Spydertrader used 25% pro-rata of AVDU in the first journal. Are you still using this? If not, what volume trigger are you currently using and how do you apply it to a short trade. Thanks

    Spyder,

It's not in the Channels .pdf

I came across another reference to it in the SCT report, last page.

While I'm at it, there were several doc's referenced I couldn't find anywhere. Maybe they were on the short term trading MSN site? I can't access it to check. In fact today I couldn't access the old MSN JackHershey forum or even locate it.

The other missing referenced doc's were: Perspective Report, IF1 IF2 Strategy Report, "Staying on the Right Side of the Market Report (APA trading), and HVS Report.

I'm sure most of the above is covered in depth in various places. But it would be great to find the reports if they exist; as the SCT Report, Beginner Rocket and Iceberg Reports were very well done.

    Regards,

    Ezzy

  8. Myself, Icarus618, txuk, Makosgu, excav8tr, and several others have searched for the documents you list. So far, we haven't come across them, and they aren't listed on the MSN website.

If I remember to, I will try to get ahold of them the next time I meet with Jack - which will be in a few weeks.

your "pt. 2/pt. 3"-thing is a simple u-turn formation - or as i like to call it "higher bottom bull flag" - nothing special - and to recognize/trade it, a pure bar chart without those lines is more than enough.

one thing: don't you have to wait for pt. 3 to enter? pt. 3 happened after 9:55 - you write on the chart about an entry at 9:44??

and what about the exit (pink arrow that points to the 10:10 bar) at 9:58?
