Yes, that is what I was doing from January to March 9th. On March 10th, I increased the cut-off amount from 5% to between 10% and 12% depending on the stocks volume, price action, and overall trend pattern; this increased my overall gains.
In the excel file, "Today's Stock Trades - Results", that I attached in a previous post, the trade results shown for the month of March has two columns at the right side of the page that list all of the trades made based on these type of stocks that had just had a breakout in price after having been in DU the day before; sometimes 2 days before. The two columns have a
heading that reads, "From March 10th to the 31st, 2006".

  2. Entered SMSI this morning when both volume and price appeared to break out, and found myself promptly shaken out when price went below yesterday close. Total Loss on the trade -$68.00 USD.

  3. Entered into a Long position with 600 shares of TRLG. Although price ran up quickly after my entry, Price, just as quickly, reversed. I exited when price breached the previous day close. Loss on the trade: -$78.50 USD. Total loss for the day: -$147.00 USD on 1000 shares traded - including commissions.

  4. I dumped WSSI as the volume on friday was pathetic. I exited at 16.40. At this point, the stocks that broke out before and are 6s going to 5s in the cycle are good buys for an intraday move of 4% +.
I am not too sure about this as I have not done xrossover trading quite like this yet. This, currently, is the only way i see to consitenly get 4%+ as Jack talks about daily. As time goes by though, I am sure other ways will show themsleves to me.

  5. I got a signal on GROW and decided to pass on it due to "funny tummy feelings". Maybe I'm thinking too much but I didn't like how the initial triggering volume build-up wasn't sustained.

The fact that I guessed right (it dropped in price) may only be a coincidence.

  6. Regarding, passing up the GROW signal, I'd rather be lucky than good. based on GROW price action since your post, it looks like you have both today.

  9. I hope it rockets to the moon. Such circumstances usually develop after I experience a stop out. :D
