SPY spike

I was watching the T & S on SPY when at 1:13 CT somebody bought 210,000 shares @ $133.33 when the B & A were both @ $132.33. Could somebody please explain what happened?

probably a key punch error. Wrong big number.

 

How can a keypunch error result in getting filling 200k shares of SPY at one dollar higher. SPY can easily handle that size without too much slippage.
