Why did the SPY have a large opening gap up this morning (Thur) while the S+P 500 index only gapped up .86 points???? Guess my platform's data could be wrong. There is a dividend payable on the SPY on 07/31/09 >>>>don't understand the big discrepancy. Thanks for any correct explanation.
