An Access database would be better for analysis etc but haven't got round to that....... here's one sheet from my trading log - it's for futures (either ES or ESTX50 eurostoxx50). It'll calculate profit/loss for either - the commssions used are for IB. To make it easier once you've entered the date for your days trading, just fill in the buy and sell prices and times and the rest will fill in as you go (the contract will carry on same as the previous row until you change it). Rest is as you see it.. hope it helps some way...
