I'm seeing some killer performance metrics from the newer clients - they are going to kill 2017. Hell, they're already trading 2020.
OK, four webinar recordings sent out today. Some really good trade set-ups being taken by clients and the performance metrics are outstanding.
Performance metric examples to show us how well your students are doing? Also what is your take on the minimum account size to trade with. I was having a discussion with @globalarbtrader and he tends to think over 100k minimum which I think is way too high for futures.
I've had dozens of clients go live with $15K-$25K accounts. This is practical because futures spreads are much easier to margin than flat price, and the year or more that clients spend training with me before they go live tilts the balance heavily in their favor. Also, we are swing trading and not day trading.
Seriously, I had some clients get royally fucked by Man and PFG Best. Ever since I have recommended minimalist account sizing (according to the size of your penis swing) because if your FCM wants additional capital you can wire it to them in an hour. I used to keep a T-Bill in my account.
That's one of the reasons I insist a serious prospective client communicate directly with an existing client using the system during due diligence. I have many clients with very impressive returns but honestly I see spreadsheets and not actual account statements from them. My mission is to get a client all trained up on the fine art of proper Spread trading over a 12 month period of time and only then send the trooper off to live combat.
