Haha this is funny. Don't know if Spotify is a Pandora killer or not but assuming I'm the average guy, since I live in an average apartment and have an average job, I'm using Pandora not Spotify. Know why? Quick glance at Spotify's website and it says I need to download something. Maybe I'd download it to my smart phone but I'm not downloading anything to my PC. Plus, if I'm at work and I need streaming music, I'm not downloading anything to that PC either.
Thats right Mr Average. Dont download anything to that virgin PC. Leave it just like it is when you bought it, and you'll live a long , happy life. I told the ops not to let Mackintosh users on this board.
