I'll upload it from my G200 at 41,000ft just to make a point.

 

I think the ceiling is 39,000 on those, and about what I expected for a response. My guess is that it would stall well before 41k and crash like a big white turd.

 

Those volcano fumes and ash particles do crazy stuff to people.

 

Well genius, you would be wrong on the ceiling. It is FL450 and 0.79m is normal at that altitude. Anyway I traded 24k listed options Friday so a "retail blotter" as you call it is pretty much out of the question.

 

But from the hostility and tone of your comments, I suspect that you were short a chunk of vega or short some knockouts that got paid or maybe you were forced to cover a bunch of gamma or vega by your firm/risk mgr at 40ish.

 

Congrats on a great call!! To be off by 1 point from a closing vix of 40'ish on Friday is a great feat in its own. I was one of the people that voted in the 22-27 range.

I don't really find her that attractive (although others may) and she is FAR too old for my tastes in general and my wife is hotter by a mile. How much short vega did you cover on Friday anyway? Such hostility.
