How many titles has he won since Robinson ( top 50 all time) got injured??????? Interesting how he hasn;t won squat since Robinson started missing 2/3 rds of each season.....and MVP of what? 2nd round playoff losses?????

I know stats shouldnt mean squat, but they do.......if thats the case MJ rules Kobe's ass period...I dont care if he may be better in the future or is better at his age then MJ was...thats ur opinion....when it comes down to who is the best with overall stats and not your opinions...who is the best???? I doubt it Kobe can add 2 billion market cap to any shoe company...:D oh, thats not the stat you were looking for huh......but SHAQ would still be my numero uno pick.....I just wouldnt want him on the other team, try that for a stat...peace

  8. Lakers got robbed by the refs tonight when Shaq fouled out.

No doubt that the refs will do all they can to make this go 7 games, and I expect the same with the Queen/Mavs series.

  9. and better showcase the individual talents of the players?

I remember reading some time ago an article at a website, perhaps ESPN, that suggested things like instead of taking foul shots the fouled player went 1 on 1 against the guy who fouled him, raising the basket height, etc, etc.

Imagine instead of the boring free throws you suddenly get to see AI go up against Marbury, or TMac vs Kobe. How many times do you actually get to see those guys go at it one on one anyway? Not too often because usually they don't guard each other.

Hoops needs a shot in the arm and a way to invigorate the game.

I think the NBA needs nothing....very exciting sport, specially in the playoff's....Maybe you should try veiwing that new basket cage bouncing all over the place with helmets ball....now thats excitement....:D
