i'm afraid the root problem at eSignal is they have a culture where the tech & IT people are treated like back office people, and the sales & marketing people treat them like crap. so in return, the tech & IT people don't give a damn and don't care if the project is crappy/buggy.
I'm using it with QuoteTracker and it's very inexpensive. $66/mo with CME emini Exch fees! It's more if you use different charting programs. But total cost is about same as esignal or slightly lower. thanks esignal. cost me $500 today with your 8 second latency issues. Every time I entered a position, the move had already happened. Bought highs and sold lows. 8 trades, 0 winners, Home and watching soccer by noon. piece of crap
I had the same latency problems but I was watching my trading platform for price and there is no way it cost you 8 losing trades
Here's a good one. I have Esignal up and am in a trade and then I get a screen that "informs me" that my password is incorrect. I have had the program up for hours now. Suddenly the program says, incorrect password and stops the data. I shut down and re-start and NOW I have a big gap in my data. Really, what a bunch of fucking rocket scientists these folks are. I switched to my backup Really this kind of "service" is pathetic. Steve
