Yeah, whenever there's an eSignal outage I come here for the news instead. Because usually the server that hosts their system status forums goes down too. I can understand occasional outages of eSignal's main service... but shouldn't they have a backup server for their SYSTEM STATUS information? It's a little crazy to have to go to a completely different place on the internet to find out what's going on.
We are close to having our forums moved outside of our network, so as to be able to have access to it during a network-wide outage. Regarding today's main problem, we continue to work on restoring connections as quickly as possible.
I'm getting real time updates and interval charts, but not history charts. I can trade on this, but would rather have all my charts working. Cheers, Paul
