If Manafort is sentenced to more than 10 years, then he is not eligible to serve in a minimum security prison. That's why Bernie Madoff is in a medium security prison.

Double top! As Yogi said "predictions are hard, especially about the future."

But here is mine. Market will spike higher just enough to eliminate the weak hands who were a little too anxious to short the double top, then retreat. Of course this is a "short run" prediction about the future. We might get a nice triple top in before a little correction later this Fall. Maybe it will be after the Democrats take the House in early November and Republicans predict the Country will be full communist by Spring 2019.
