  2. Please see atatched chart with a simple MA signal. However, I added the 2m MACD in the last pane.
BUY when blue or red crosses above zero? or both cross above zero?

    What is MA filter about?

The first pane is a 5/34 oscillator woth RSI

    Second is my Momemtum indicator

    Averages are 5/20/100

  3. GF,

So with the zero line showing I have marked the new buy with double up green arrows vs just the cross over with one blue up arrow, is this correct ?

    Thanks

  4. Looks like your buy signal was at 0932 at the MACD zero line crossover.

  5. Your charts are way too complicated Jahajee, bro. No RSI's, no Momentum's, no Moving Averages (except 3,2 if you have to).

You need to dial it back to what vanquish is showing on his chart and then pay explicit attention to what Trader28 / (Godsfinger) wrote in the paragraph beneath his. Right Here

    It's the TRUTH.

  6. What side of the (ES) market where you on today?

Smart money took the Buy from the Open, and while I ususally like to cash it in early (it's in our genectic programming, belive it or not), I held on to show SandyGray66 how the stats look when you trade the system like you're supposed to (knowning how to draw a support/resistance line doesn't hurt either). :)

Today's Total: $1202.00 (real total from today's trade is $1,076. I made $126 in last nites insomnia trade). :)

Trading stats are at 83% (which is more like it).

  7. ... and here's the chart.

Note: I took the early trade and held on through the dip to get the greater profit. This chart is what allowed me to relax and have confidence in my trade, because I know what my rules are, and I knew so long as the momentum of the trade (not to be confused with the momentum indicator) stayed positive, I was in good territory.

P.S. That's how you do it. Know your rules inside and out before you enter your trade, and then trade them.
