yeah.. i pointed this out from the beginning. im sure the fbi knew all about his little escapades previous to the banking alert. but it is still funny/sad that illegal snooping by the govt puts all of us at risk. spitzer used these same laws to ruin other peoples lives and never really spoke out in favor of patriotism so i find it hard to have any pity for him.
