  1. So now it is about finding ways to avoid at all cost any trading losing day.
Starting by cooling off after an excellent day.
And It is OK to have days where no trades are to be taken.

  2. yup!
I am also realizing that entering the portfolio trades manually is actually a good way to dampen any enthousiasm and check I am fully awake first thing in the morning!
Every tasks of this 'plan the trader' had a reason to be in there, and I did not even realize. lol.
I think I do not given enough credit to the coach. I have to say he is really patient. :) :D
    yup....

  4. I have a kind of draft of the schedule I am considering adopting :

    D1- extremely good winning day
D2- day off ( physical activities, errands, etc...) + prep
D3- trading improvement drills + prep
    D4- prep + mental rehearsal
    D5 - trading

This means 2 days per week where I will be actually taking trades.

  5. I sincerely hate losing trading days. Such a waste of time, resources and positive energy.

The key now is to really significantly reduce the number of these days. :)

  7. Trading never leaves my mind. :D
The visitorssss were all extactic to the nice surprise :D
Got some news leading me to sort out few things.
I am nearly craving for a drama free lifestyle. lol.
I don't know if I can do boring, but the drama is really getting
too much and I need peace.
Obviously, before I left, I had to "help" a new guest at my place,
who for some reasons was imagining that the excellent hospitality from
the housekeeper meant he had romantic interests in her... Try to explain to a western woman that it is best to simply talk to the housekeeper and ask clarifications and explain all. I even offered to do it for her and of course she refused! I hope she will learn here how Ladies approach such delicate matters. :p
And the housekeeper just doing his job of making every guest extremely comfortable so that the guest do not piss off to another accomodation!

  10. I can really say I am very proud that some dear people have decided to improve as well, and to put in the effort. :) .
Huge rewards deserved just for the efforts. :)

    I don't understand why I feel so happy :
    - is it because as I discussed for a very long time with the coach today, I realize that the main issues are sorted?
    - is it because trading is like an ATM for me now ? And I now feel that all this really hard work is now going to pay without the awful risks I saw in the past ?
    - is it because in this whole saga, I found very loyal and very trustworthy people ? I'd say money can not buy loyalty nor can buy trust.
    - is it because I have made peace and by my actions proved to one particular family member that "I now understand that the past could not have been different"?
    - is it because this place has shifted my values from bling-bling to appreciation of artistic beauty?
    - is it because I see that people can actually live by real and true "human values", and not just "money values"?
    - is it because I realise I made the right decisions - even if very tough at the time ? Only one who did not fall into the traps! :D
    - is it because I realized that among my wish list, the most difficult one has been achieved ? :D :D :D. Money would not have been able to get the "job" done.
    - is it because some very negative emotions have been replaced with a "I understand what this sibling went through" ?
    I seriously feel much happier.
Now, just getting the trading into a normal ATM and need to find someone very honest and trustworthy to manage the profits.
I guess the coach is right : simplify and delegate. :)
And I'll add : enjoy life - I mean real enjoyment, not "fake" fun to cover some deep psychological issues.

Not as proud of myself as he is, but not far away.
I've really seen a LOT over these last 3 years, and, I love to see that I love the core of my being.
The coach is so right. :D :D :D
