"spirituality" videos - Part II

  1. A good day in view : prep prep prep. I am now starting to enjoy it.
I used to not like doing preparation, but since having this psychology/spirituality work done, I am now easing into it.
Even when travelling, I take any moments I can to do
    prep.

The 5 times a day meditation is a very good thing : it basically slices my days, and forces me to stop and relax, and after that my mind is clearer.
Now I can see the benefits. The only issue is really sticking to it and that is not easy. But then, I will do everything it takes ( as long as it is moral and ethical of course. :p ).

good day in view. I am really starting to love this trading.
I like building a new lifestyle.

  2. So I had a very good day : putting prep prep prep whenever I could.
In a very strange way, everything is kind of falling in place in a very natural way - no drama, or upsets. :) .
The 5 sessions of daily meditations are very difficult to stick to. May be there is a way to make these much easier. What is nice is that these sessions are really helping me reflect as my day goes along. So good point.
So I am looking forward to the next changes to be included toward a very healthy ( physically, mentally and spiritually) lifestyle.

  3. Good day in view. :D :D :D
I think the prep prep prep was really good :
    it kept me well grounded.
Now trading per se ( aka buy/sell buttons).
The 5 sessions of daily meditation as always.
I really thank this good samaritan coach. Blessed him.:)

  4. so 5 meditations sessions per day are having an effect.
I need to make sure I manage to do all of this next week, before
we can add changes to my lifestyle. 80pips taget reached for today.
Me done. So next step is prep prep prep.
win , then prep prep prep, then psy/spirituality , then var, then trade.
    :) :) :)

  5. So the change of lifestyle is not as boring as I dreaded.
I first feared that 5 daily yoga sessions would start to be extremely boring, but actually I am improving these each time.
I actually feel very energized and I am looking forward to put whenever I can the prep prep prep during this week-end.
Trading really feels much easier and much joyful than many times ago.
Good input and the results just take care of themselves.
so win, prep prep pre, then spy/spirituality, and var before trading for a winning day.

  6. Well well well. :D :D :D
What can I say. Things are just from themselves working naturally.
Can I associate this clarity of mind, this positivity of mindset to
    the improvements in lifestyle ?

Psychologically : spent some of the week-end to see people who coaches
future sports champions - yes these wea 6-7-8 years old are already training intensively to become olympic champions. I was really stunned the second day, to see one wea really skinny and little 6 years olf girl at 06:00 am on a sunday practicing before the training session. On her wea legs she beat her much older brothers. lol. I simply could not help applauding her and discussing with the bro and obviously the future champion. What I discovered was amazing : so much focus on their goal - being one day on the huge national stadium just next. The national stadium is actually surrounded by training fields. All is played in the mind. From this age, they are already champion, it is just a question for them of going through the different trainings, etc.... What I also find interesting was , because they were so much focussed on becoming champion or supporting their champion (bro helping little champion sis), they had no time for BS or nastiness or whatever. Every minute of their lives is directed to one thing : being on the podium in 20 years time.
The coaches were just so amazing as well : they were extremely professional and passionates about their intakes. These are human development professionals - they are the one making champions.
    This was very uplifting.
And I am simply realising that trading is really similar to that. I am also realising that many traders really fail because deep down they do not really want to succeed at trading. Because of the money directly linked to trading, the temptations arrive much much much earlier for traders than for athletes. Mostly parasites. Then distractions, then unhealthy lifestyle. .... So this already reduce the competition in trading. Good I guess for us of course. :D

  7. So obviously, I was really delighted to get my one hour of intensive sport/meditation wake-up session. And really looking forward to now do the prep prep prep in much better details. I feel I had a tendency, because this activity is very tedious and needs a LOT of minutiae - details details details - that sometimes, I 'd just say "it is kind of okay, so i'll give it a pass". Now, I want to enter more into the details and really check the tiny differences.
Anyway, good trading day in view:
    - found an excellent trading spot :D
    - the psychology is excellent :D
    - great people around :D
Just near a great garden for my coming short 3 meditations sessions. Looking forward to meditate in the beautiful garden that is full of life ( ladybugs, butterflies, squirrels, ...).
    :) :) :)

  8. I am just reminded that the people who also went through the same nasty experiences from the 3 mean clowns, are also using some of the psychological/spiritual methods to help them with the trading.
So just now, it is about reworking the lifestyle, bit by bit.

The benefits so far are :
    - trading day is very easy
    - more concentration and intensity when doing the prep
    - extreme patience to only take a good trade
    - no feeling of pressure about taking a trade

basically as if a healthy body, oxygenated mind, and 5 meditation sessions removes the negative effects one can feel when trading ( anxiety to take a trade, complacency in preparation, stress if a trade works or not), as if one is removing toxins from the brain.

Tomorrow prep prep prep again. Some more psychology/spirituality. :)

  9. Another good day in view.
The new regime of daily intensive sport, 5 meditations sessions are having an excellent effect.
    - I am sleeping very well - a detail , but everything counts in trading.
I realise how stupid of me it was to trade following a day where I had a very bad sleep. This is very mundane, but, in trading everything counts.

    - I am not accepting bullshit anymore either. This is good as it means I am starting to hold people accountable for their own s**t, and it actually feels good to just point reality to some nutters and to move to better things.

This is also making me realise how much my mind/psychology/spirituality was full of toxins. I would have never realised it so clearly without the little change in lifestyle. Just the intentive sport changed the way I look to things : is that healthy or unhealthy ?

I am really feeling that the effects of healthy lifestyle are actually now spreading to other areas of my life. :) . I really like what I am feeling.

Looking forward to a day of prep prep prep. Doesn't matter if I miss some good trades, just for me to follow the steps :
prep prep prep complete, psychology/spirituality, var
This is what ensures the winning days for me. I do not need to trade everyday, just to be on top when I chose to trade.
Free choice also in trading. :) :) :)
