Very interesting trading day , glad I respected the var var var. Trading is now really a game of patience and being careful: no need to take unnecessary risks. Being well prepared is so key. And of course, having a healthy psychology/spirituality helps one to stick to a plan ( trading, life plan, etc...).
I have to say there must be something I still have to learn : as I have been thinking of restarting my money gifting, I was very glad to find two times 50-cents equivalent in this foreign country in the street. The country is not very wealthy monetarily, and people seem to be very careful with their purses, so finding these two times was a very interesting experience.
Not only that, but to be informed of the living plans is just so amazing. Sometimes I wish I had offered to see how to grow someone's hair! ( this is a nice way) lol.
I am also amazed that working on getting someone's Foundations plans and here I meet the Peace Corps people and get educated about legacies, Foundations goals, etc... Go and figure that. . I have also dicovered a real nice park around , so perfect for the daily physical and mental preparation. I am now really keen in developing a psychological/spiritual/mental/physical system to develop : - trading patience - trading contentment , aka taking happily profits. I now often surpass my daily goals, but want is creating problems is I feel I am in a good flow and can get more and just keep going instead of getting flat and taking the day off or why not the week off. Being here, for the first time, I was very surprised to take trades without anything on the screen : just the prices. This is really something new to me. I'll have to think more about this.
Looks like it is all about removing negative beliefs, negative 'karma', ... basically dejunking the psychology/spirituality at a much more 'spiritual level'. Not sure I flly understand the whole concepts. At least, I am having pointers on how to plan my psychological/spiritual states when trading.
It is quiet strange this idea of planning your full psychological/spiritual state during a trading session. I used to prepare for the trading day - aka prepare studying the market ... - now I have to prepare - aka prepare/studying myself. If I see profits much higher than the day target, how should I react ?
funny that the trading really takes maximum 4hrs daily. what a change from the start with enomous hours. Plenty of time in the hands now. . well deserved actually.
I guess I am now really liking more the stage we are at on the psychology/spirituality side. This week-end is about planning a typical good trading day from waking up till sleeping. I might also only take trades may be 1 or 2 trading days ( complete 24hours session) per week, so as to monitor well 'planning the trader' and what happens.
