"spirituality" videos - Part II

  1. So in order to generate a healthy psychology for trading, I also tested healthy entertainments.
    Reviewing things.

    - Thursday : smart relooking so as to show my respect to people.
It is easy as trader to slug it. Not actually good for trading psychology. One thing I am learning is to consider trading as a professional activity, so smart presentation is essantial.

    This gal looks so fantastic
They must have good hairdresser and stylist!

    - Thursday : catch a train and trading during this time. Now, I realise that a taxi fair is actually a cheap price to pay when trading. Keep the mind focussed and remove every distractions!

    - Thursday: meeting a trading acquaintance Barne at 18:30. He was just so in a rush to get into the Bishop Boidal story. In one hour, everything he wanted covered got covered :
his insistance on explaining a black tie with white skeleton head, and his new great friend "the captain (?) , his confusions about majorca and mallorca, his stocks investments in lafarge politician who won the elections, his deep interests in forestry, and land grabs with arabs. Really a very very full story. And all finished at 19:30. I am realising that traders love talking, as they stay too long in front of a machine. I advised the trader to take up some coachings for the psychology with a clinical psychiatrist, but noway.
So I am learning that the first psychologicql resistance of a trader is by NOT taking sessions with a clinical psychiatrist.

    - Thursday: luckily, at 19:30, I was then able to go to an old couple wedding anniversary, and I am glad it was glamorous.

  2. An early nightsleep in a healthy place, and again checked the Forex Market.
I am realising that a trader activity is really 24/24, so, taking the habit of checking the market as soon as arrived at the hotel accomodation is a good thing. I now understand why sobriety - no alcohol - is important. It was also good that I caught an interesting conversation on ET about "suggar daddying" and women selling their body in different manners. I always wondered about the psychological consequences. May be I'll have to think more as the psy recommend of the difference between relationships based on "codependence" ( financial, ego, fear of aging, ....) and relationships based on true love. I guess the consequences must be on the long term psychology of the participants, as this taps into the core of one's being. May be true love is really like an energy. I wonder if when one gets this energy, this has implications on the trading, as the trader flows in positive energy.

  4. Really good choice this place. Very very enjoyable and pleasing place.

Clear the mind, and everything takes care of itself. :)

One important thing I have learned about trading : get the psy , coaches help as soon as needed. If one needs to change coaches, then it is fine. These people's job is to see what you need to work on to sort out issues. I wish I understood much earmier how great psy are important.

So today, I am actually looking forward to :
    prep prep prep

  5. Now I think I have found my trading spot : good view of one main street, staff who actually like what they do.
I am actually very impressed with one cashier cleaning the machine in a very loving way. Been watching that for a good 30 minutes.
I am far from doing my prep is such a loving way. Hopefully, I'll get there - doing prep in a very loving way.

  9. quiet amazing how lies, unhealthy all fit together :
sooner or later problems appear. Idem in trading.
Best to stick to truth, facts and healthy things. :)

  10. so by identifying a good viewing spot, ... I actually enjoyed this prep.
and now, it is up to market tolet me know when i wake up wwhether I can cash in my 120 pips, or i need to prepare harder.

The psychology - EVERY aspect of it - is important for traders, as bad psychology means negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and this
clouds the trader's mind, thus perceptions, thus trading decisions.

nice video about nature. we can learn so much from these little creatures.
