"spirituality" videos - Part II

Discussion in 'Chit Chat' started by smallStops, May 1, 2013.

  1. Kind of strange. Following my studying of life is hard,
I found while walking in the street a bit more than 200$.
Just been informed that I will be given - don't know the reason- around 800$, and apparently some $20k are going to come as well. lol.
    I don't know if I should associate that with my psy/spirituality exercises.lol.
So free money and I can not say life is hard, or getting money
is hard or one has to work hard for money.

I think I am going to keep working on the psychology/spirituality. lol.

  3. Basically, the beliefs around "life is hard" are formed from :

    - seeing or having or dealing with difficulties (works in trading as well)
    - seeing or going through rough times (works in trading as well)
    - seeing or experiencing great tragedies in life (works in trading as well : rogue traders)

Some just conclude "life is hard" and become awful human beings,
    others learn :
    - who real friends are
    - how/what not to be , aka "assholes get out of my breathing space"
    - how not to be ( jealous, spiteful, angry, "invading" people's space becomes
    a huge no no ).
    -life get easier :)
    -value of things :)

trading wise: some become awful traders and finaly give up,
    others learn :
    - who to listen to / who not to listen to
    - how/what not to be , aka unprepared, undisciplined, gambler
    - how not to be, aka how not to be a bad trader.
    - trading get easier:)
    - value of trading well :)

  4. Basically, no matter the hardship, it is not an escuse to be a jerk, asshole, jealous, spiteful, angry lowlife.
Actually, following psychology/spirituality, the more one does not learn the real lesson, the more likely some more serious "teachings" will come sooner or later - aka "Karma coming home to roost"... and the non-blessed person will just become more entrenched in being bad... and harsher lessons come ... basically a cycle continue till death... very interesting notion of "justice". So best not to taint one's hands by going the revenge route. That's for lowlives who do not know better. :D :D :D

Now I understand one ET poster who was looking desperately for ways to clean his "karma".
I guess the advantage of being passionate about trading, one does not have the time to go and mess one's Karma because of lies bought into . Amazing...
In a way, hardhsip is just a temptation to see how far someone will go to mess their own Karma, aka future/destiny/fate. So if someone manipulate your emotions so as you act badly, one has no excuses : the acts are one's responsabilities and one's destiny. And again the idea of 100% responsability for your own actions. No escaping that. Karma always comes home to roost...

  6. I am just realising that actually one can just find 200$ in the street like that. lol.
And this just after doing some psychology/spirituality exercises to examine "life is hard" and how people get conditionned into this belief.
Spirituality is really a powerful thing.

  7. actually trading is a bit similar, you "walk the screen" and once in a while you find money. :D . I now know what I missed when trading to make it more fun.
Interesting, the coach asked me a while ago to find ways to make trading more fun and Now I am adding really the best bit.

  8. back on this "life is hard".
So now, realise that people jump to that conclusion, instead of for instance realising that they are being tested to learn some lessons and improve their character ( like to learn some lessons and become better trader).

Now, let's see what benefits some people can find in believing "life is hard", and how this belief program/condition their behavior.

  9. I have to say this place is really nice.
I really can't find anything to associate to "life is hard".
May be I should study this in the winter, when the temperature
is minus something; But with the sun outside, and beautiful
buildings, happy and nice people around, and these pupils just so
    relaxed about their "baccalaureat"...
I understand why some people can develop this core belief,
and how this influences their behavior.
What for sure, I understand the approach when questionning my own
    beliefs.

What type of music I want to listen to when it says "life is hard"?
    relax, take it easy.... :p

  10. I guess now, on the psychology/spirituality, it is all about dealing with the toxins in the mindset. Removing all junk thoughts.
