What I have noticed: - I only checked the trade once a day to see if it was not doing anything invalidating. - I also did not add any other trade - no matter the opportunities ( temptations), as the first aim was to catch a "2014" yearly one. Now done. 26 other opportunities left for the year. Need to wait a little to see if the one will pay for the other 26 if they all turned out losers. Funny that just one winner would still make a full year positive. - Because I am actually very relaxed ( the atmosphere here is very healthy and sane), I have experienced no negativity to condition my trading behavior ( anxiety, panic, doubts, worries, greed and you name it). I can say that now things are extremely effortless, and I am far more patient. Now reading the book ( 370 pages to go), so it will be interesting to observe the psychology in play in this simple activity .
