good on it dude.. i've removed virtually all carbs from my diet lately... of course it works well - i have more energy and my dumps are much fewer in frequency and they look as good as a good coiler should look... I do fall off the wagon and have some blackberries, oranges, dark chocolate, and some lentils/chick peas... but i'm leaving out all breads, pastas, rice, noodles as best as I can... Weight is falling steadily for me, as well.... Keep on keepin on...
1/24/18 230.2 Yeah giving up soda and mass carbs is important. Also working out once or twice a week makes big difference.
2/1/18 228.4 lbs. Feel good, more energy. Sleeping less. Risk is I like where my body is at, and abort. But want to see what it feels like at 198.
It seems like whatever you are doing is working so I wouldn't change a thing until you plateau. Congrats on your progress so far! You're at almost 20lbs of weight loss since you started this journal, which is very impressive. Keep it up and don't stop no matter what.
Thanks Baron, Things that are working: 1. Only one decent meal per day. (1200 calories) 2. Giving up soda/pop. 3. Giving up on foraging. (5 kids in household) Lots of cookies and stuff always lying around. 4. Actively monitoring weight. I do snack but, I generally like to wait for that empty feeling. I refrain from snacking till. My current weight is around 228.5. Chris
This month I let up as you can see from post frequency. Body mechanics are excellent. So haven’t been as strict. That’s the risk I’m seeing, letting up because you feel good.
Are you currently exercising as well? It looks like you've stalled out a little bit here these last few weeks so it may be time to crank up the energy expenditure.
Not really, yep I plateaued out on purpose to some degree. I like the current body dynamics. But I should get serious and drop another 28 pounds.
