Not only is he a good guy, but he specifically stated that he did not abuse this 99 share loophole: "I tried it and it worked, but didn't want to get fined, so I didn't mess around with it." Not sure what your anger is being caused by, but I suspect that it is not lescor. -Eric
Just be legit. You don't have to be a piker and scrape odd lots for a living to justify your criminal activity. And specialist comments, you may want to look at every major BD on the street, they've all gotten fined. Do you think fines are new on the street? NASDAQ class action lawsuit 90's? Where have you been? Just because somebody did something wrong justifies your wrong doing? Maybe you should rise above the scum on the street and go by all the rules. Wouldn't that be something to be proud to of? Winning fair and square.
Hey man I just thought it was interesting why they made that new rule. I've never traded a 99 share lot.. sorry.. and there will always be "scum" on the street, theres nothing you will ever be able do about it...where there is money there will always be trashballs trying to cheat.... so get over it and quit accusing other traders of being "scum" when you have no idea who you are referring to.
because he just figured out about the odd lots arb and he's kicking himself for not doing it??? just kidding........
Lescor is a good guy bud. You should read his post again carefully. He does not trade like this. He tried it once out of curiosity. He was just making a comment on how the system works. A bit of advice might be to spend less time bashing others and more time working on your trading. Who knows? Maybe one day you could become profitable?
whoa, easy there Jmartinez!!! you seem to be bitter about something and maybe you are experiencing a drawdown? who knows? One thing is for sure, though, that you don't need to lash out at others to compensate for your insecurities... This is a professional (well not really, lol) trader's board, so try to have some class. If you would have read the post in question, you would see that the author specified that he did NOT abuse the "loophole" he found, he tried it a very FEW times out of curiosity on 99-share lots, no real money involved. Get a grip.
