    Let’s go through them then starting with the affordable care act, increases number of persons with health insurance in total and as a percentage and added solvency to Medicare. That’s called success.

    Hah. This was always a charade. Have you ever seen a defense appropriations bill? You think republicans read bills... this is not an argument an adult would make.

    I have no doubt that there are many bills, passed by both parties, that aren't fully read before passed or voted on. But to come out and say such an unbelievably stupid thing like that takes "idiot" to a whole new level.
