This is technically a commercial enterprise - defined by the IRS as sole proprietorship income from a business activity.
Thank you, I closed the thread. We do not see an issue at this point, where an individual is selling their system. However if a corporation was selling multiple systems and promoting them with great effort then we would require them to become a sponsor. This user was promoting a system, mentoring opportunities and a website that was soon to debut which we would consider spam so I closed the thread.
