MADRID, May 27 (Reuters) - Spain's parliament passed a 15 billion euro ($18.4 billion) austerity package on Thursday by one vote as the country drives to cut its budget deficit. The vote was close, with 169 voting in favour of the Socialist government's austerity plan and 168 against.
