SPACE SHUTTLE DISASTER

Discussion in 'Politics & Religion' started by candletrader, Feb 1, 2003.

  1. As many of you will have by now heard, space shuttle Columbia broke up over Texas on re-entry... on board were American patriots (Rick Husband - US airforce colonel, William McCool - US navy commander, Laurel Clark - US navy commander, David Brown - US navy commander, and Michael Anderson - black Lieutenant Colonel in the US airforce), the first Israeli patriot in space (Ilan Ramon - Israeli airforce fighter pilot, the son of a Holocaust survivor) and the first Indian woman patriot in space (Kalpana Chawla- aerospace engineer)... Anti-USA, Anti-Israel and Anti-India terrorism has been ruled out...

I wish to express sorrow for all those who lost their lives... we have lost brave souls from three topnotch countries of the Civilized World....

God Bless the USA, Israel and India and may God protect these three wonderful countries from the scourge of terrorism...

NASA's efforts must not stop as a result of this... I pray that NASA becomes more steadfast in her space efforts and does not flinch in her pursuit of anwers beyond Earth...

It is a terribly sad day...
