This stock is making me angry. It moves at least 2% every day but it won't break out of the $13 range. There was even a nice write-up saying it should trade upward from here on Friday but it didn't affect the stock at all. What gives? I'm finding much the same with my water companies CWT and AWR. Long term, water stocks are the way to go IMHO
