Does anyone know of a Spot FX Dealer that will trade the Rand. I thought there was a relatively liquid spot market for it ... at least there was when I was a dealer ... anyway checked IB, Tradestation and GAIN and got no joy.

saxobank yes, also why not the good old CME future - tightish spreads and real interbank finance rates...

often seen it about 0.75 spread which is relatively tight compared to others (saxo among).

    is there much better?
