source that reports S&P max pain?

    how about ULTRA MAX PAIN? when your nuts are caught in a car door. :D :D :D

    i think this level is around spy 105 when even max pain folks will get burnt.

    max pain is useless this time around. currently max pain for spy @94 (24% away)
