Make love to your wife/girlfriend for 6 hours straight. After that you'll sleep like a baby - guaranteed.
That is a horrible idea. I am hooked on those things. I can't sleep at night without taking 1, 3 hours before bedtime. If you take them past 2-3 days watch out, they are habit forming.
Melatonin is the hormone the body releases associated with sleep. You can get it in tablet form to help sleep - Its natural, and non-addictive and works a treat for me whenever I'm travelling in different timezones, jetlagged and struggling to get my sleep cycle right. You can get it in shops in the US no trouble, unfortunately its prescription only in the UK
Though, taking it too much can cause autonomic ataxia. What about burning yourself out by excersizing? Work out, call your girlfriend or wife, stay in the bathroom for 2-3 hours...
What deed? Anyway, melatonin also can cause dependancy. It's true. If you take it habitually you will be dependant and need to increase the dose. It's better if you just solve your problem psychologically. Just relax.
I used Melatonin for a few months then dropped it cold turkey. Not sure if it causes dependency. But than that's just me I've been able to drop a lot of stuff cold. Never got addicted to anything except trading. I recommend Melatonin it works.
