People laughed when my cycle studies predicted a large sell off last week, and I got the last laugh. Absolutely, positively we will see selling Monday. In fact, there will be pressure on the market for 3 or 4 days. It's scary to see so many traders with the attitude that stocks MUST go back up. Is 2000-2001 faded from these people's memory, or were they not trading back then? The stock market euphoria I see today equally matches what was going on in 1999-2000.
heh.. I figure that much because I sold my puts today for a loss and went long on some positions which guarantees a huge down day on Monday.
