In the United States alone...prior to the Pandemic...there were +116 million adults with heart disease. +54% did not know it. That's a lot of people walking around with a ticking time bomb in their chest (e.g. sudden cardiac arrest, heart attacks or strokes) that you may consider healthy if you were to meet them on the street. Also, sudden cardiac arrest increased in the double digits during the Pandemic for those infected with Covid-19 including those that had recovered from a mild covid illness (e.g. barely a cough). Think about it more carefully, +770 million people were infected with Covid...a very large percentage of them have damaged cardiovascular. You do not want to get it even if it is just a mild illness (e.g. barely a cough) because you'll become at high risk of cardiovascular damage, heart damage, etc. especially if you're not vaccinated. Now pretend you're not vaccinated and once were infected with COVID in the Pandemic like the +700 million people on this planet but you also have just one co-morbidity (e.g. high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, undiagnosed heart problems) like the hundreds of millions of people around the world... Covid will have increased your risk (3 fold) for a heart attack, sudden cardiac arrest, or stroke. Without the co-morbidity, your risk would be only 2 fold. In fact, during the Pandemic...sudden cardiac arrests jumped into the double digits for those who had recovered from a Covid infection prior to the availability of Covid vaccines. Just as important, +116 million people in the United States had heart disease prior to the Pandemic. That is in fact a co-morbidity...more than 1/2 did not even know it. Getting vaccinated/boosted today does not fix obesity (you're still going to be fat), does not fix diabetes, does not fix undiagnosed heart disease, does not fix that slow developing blot clot, vaccines do not fix high blood pressure and vaccines will not prevent you from smoking/drinking.
