Wonderful. It's always great to hear ideas from convicted felons like Soros.

And I'm sure there would be no conflict of interest. No sir, Georgie would never personally profit from his ideas. His integrity is right up there with Al "Green Energy Profits" Gore.

There's nothing socialist about this unless the working man ends up owning the means of production.

And our present currency is backed by something, the same thing that backs gold as currency: goods and services. The measures of its symbolic validity and reliability are inflation and interest rates.

Agree. It would eat itself from the inside out in short order.

  4. People like soros and obama want to transfer U. S. sovereignty, which means our freedom and independence, to international groups, eg the UN, WTO, ICC etc. Obama proudly justified our action sin Libya as acting under UN approval. Forget the U. S. Congress. Clinton did the same thing in Kosovo. Of course, we wouldn;t need to worry about the UN or the international community if we weren't sticking our noses in places far from home.

The US has the world's largest economy by a considerable albeit shrinking margin. We can dictate terms to our trade partners or we can allow them to rob us. Tough choice, but we seem to opt for the lattr.

If it's not those two giving our "independence" (no such thing, never was, different discussion) to those quasi-governmental organizations, then you have the Bush's of the country giving it to the quasi-governmental Halliburtons and Blackwaters of the world. No, I'm not picking on Bush per se [or disagreeing with you], it's more like "pick your poison".
