Soon vicodin/hydrocondone will be an OTC drug

  1. I believe this to be true because if not, millions of people are going to go get their "free" vicodin every month. This will cost billions of dollars, so to cut costs, they will just make vicodin an OTC drug and force people that need it to buy it themselves. Hell, maybe antibiotics will also be OTC.

  2. It would be a step in the right direction.

Why be forced to pay a $150 dr office visit and spend 4 hours waiting (including pharmacy ) just so you can buy a $5 med that you know you need .

I'll tell you why gubbermint nanny state and dea constantly looking over MD shoulders to make them scapegoats.

Would't it be better if dr visits were reserved for visits that need a dr's advice?

  3. $5 meds? Vicodin costs $250 for 30 without insurance

  4. Just goes to prove ,there's a sucker born every minute.
Whose your pharmacist the black entrepreneurial group on the corner?

I literally paid only 5$ for 16 strength equivalent generics.

  5. Without insurance you paid that? I dont think so.

  6. yes of course I had insurance so that makes it what 35-40$ that's still cheap compared to your 250.
