Look at the context. Price just dropped a lot pretty fast. Does it show strength or weakness. Now it just had a bounce. Do you think price is more likely to recover all that drop or continue down? Look at price when it rises. Slowly. Look at price when it's falling. Fast. LOLR up or down? We'll need a proper halt where multiple attempt to take price down fail for us to realize perhaps the demand is getting serious. Until then stay alert to more downside.
Watching the NQ for a few months new makes me feel deja vu every once in a while. I was just looking at the context image I created yesterday along side the current hourly and it's like a re-occuring pattern. I'm actually pretty surprised that we're heading down on such a gradual angle on the hourly considering our position in relation to the macro trend. I keep thinking that a demand line break is finally going to spark some chaos and begin a serious reversion movement, but I've just started to ignore that notion since it's been in my head from 3400 onward.
Nice insight. My main problem today was coming to the market with a chop bias, I guess because of yesterday and the way things looked in the hourly. That did not allowed me to take the short at 14, I even marked in on the damn chart, but just couldn't press the trigger "fear fog" I guess.
