  1. I usually use the 1000v as I find it a bit cleaner and filters out some of the smaller moves that invariably attract my attention on the 1 minute.
    I tend to jump the gun on the 1 minute, just the way I am. I guess its it just whatever works for you.

    7 mins for the open and we are making new highs in the 60 min and out of the 7-14 TR

    11:00 I guess this is when rules come into play.

    Today was not so clear for me, I shorted around S and did not SAR fast enough missing the 9:44 entry. Then I had to settle with eh RET that was not so impressive.
    As prices reversed at 23 I managed to take the short, but staying there needed the trader to be able to hold prices through the hinge, easy if the stop was at entry LSH, not so easy for those who trail. or close at the line break. The next long was taken as 50% was still holding, but that is when the Hinge formed and it was it for me.
