The arrogance of a seemingly intelligent poster Nitro you are going to let me know whether I am a trader??? Bro you need to take a step-back and see the bigger picture -- a mechanical trader employing a system is not neccesarily some puppet who cant "trade". Go tell Toby Crabel he is not a "real" trader The man has money stacks taller than you! hahahahah "post what you do and I'll let you know" -----> comedy
Not that I really care to argue this point on this thread - but, who do you think told the computer what the entry, size, etc., etc., should be? Who decided what to tell the computer to do?
Comisso, I have no idea whether you are a trader or not - you are some guy on a public forum whom I have never met - you asked me a question, and I responded honestly. If you CARE whether I think you are a trader or not, then post what you do or PM me - or even better, take the definition I gave above and apply it to yourself. I don't care whether you are a trader or are not, only that I am or am not. If you ask a question, and get a response that you do not agree with what is said, then a simple: I disagree, would work. I stand by everything I have said. nitro
I say that the only Systems that will work are made by traders who actually have experience as to the dynamics that go on throughout the trading day. Basically, if you trade a good system it was created by a good trader.
Just looked at the last four ES trades, they are doing well. Anyone looking at the NQ so far? How is it doing today? Let's get this thread back on track!
I wasn't able to get a feed until nearly 1000, so I have no idea how the first few trades would have gone. But I've wondered if it might be a good idea to just stop for the day if one gets two SARs in succession. That situation seems to be a pretty good barometer of how the day is going to go. --Db
