Thanks for the help. I'm not that familiar with QCharts...how can I change server? Or, is it even possible? zorak
Actually, the more important question may be whether the T&S from the data feed matches what's shown in the broker's data window. There are occasional (thankfully, very occasional) lags between one or the other. Once the lag was so bad I had to stop trading altogether. Then there's always the question of getting filled. Not trying to be a wet blanket, but those who are still paper-trading, or who just started doing this for real, shouldn't assume that they're doing something wrong if their results aren't what was expected. --Db
BTW, Quah, the spreadsheet you have posted is extremely helpful. If you could maintain it for another week, you'll earn points in heaven. --Db
Thanks! Yep, that changed one of them. Still, its pretty bizzare that it made such a huge difference two separate times. Thanks again! zorak
A lot of the trades today have been really tight. By tight I mean that the contract never traded at a better price then the profit target. On paper I probably wouldn't have counted these fills. Quah, do you find that you almost always get filled at your price, even if it doesn't trade through your price?
