  1. It's a poor sourpuss who thinks he is owed something on someone else's thread.

  3. no i am not "owed" anything BUT if you don't post every day's trading results (good and bad) then it's BS.

Sorry about that Faster - had some things to do yesterday and didn't realize that you were waiting on the results.... :D

Here is the summary - I'll edit this and add the specific trades sometime this morning. On ES, the first 6 initial trades were losers, with a couple of those losing on the reversal also. NQ was similar. The last 4 or 5 trades of the day turned out to be th better ones.

    For 9/23/2002:

    ESZ2:

    18 Total Trades
    8 Winners
    10 Losers
    Avg. Winner +1.125 / Avg. Loser -1.25
    Gross -3.50 points - $-175.00
    Commission $86.40
    Net $-261.40

    NQZ2:

    16 Total Trades
    7 Winners
    9 Losers
    Avg. Winner +3.07 / Avg. Loser -3.50
    Gross -10.00 points - $-200.00
    Commission $76.80
    Net $-276.80

    On ESZ2:

Good day for the ctrader version of this method:

    7 Trades:

    5 Winners/2 Losers

    Cumulative Stats (2 Days):

Net Profit $425 Commission $96 Gross PNL $329

    Accuracy 0.7
    Avg Win/Avg Loss = 0.827

The ctrader version ditches stochastics all together and just looks at the direction of the previous bar.

Nice thing about the fibs times is that gives you nice buffer around 10:00am.

Stop using that unauthorized version or I'll have to contact my legal team....:D

  8. Ctrader. What do you do if you get an engulfing bar or an inside bar?
    Thanks

Things are nice so far - ES 7 trades, 6 winner, one -1.25 with a 0 on the reversal. NQ 6 winners 1 double whammy.

So far I have been just trading the direction of the bar regardless of the pattern. If the previous bar open=close (as just happened on the 10:25am ES trade), I don't take the trade.
