If I were you this sounds like your safe backup fund.. shame becaiuse what I would have done recently was to convert it from dollars to yen perhaps. other than that.. keep it where it is for a while, with an eye to if you want to risk it short bonds, short gold when the American economy looks to have bottomed..perhaps 4th qtr this year or 1-2nd queater next.... or think about some Google LEAPS (high in the money only).

whatever you do dont be too hasty right now to move it anywhere...
