Nasdaq didn't go down today. (Sorry, guess my mind simply remains closed to AMEX.)

  6. lol, you have nothing better to do than make an ass of yourself publicly?

I'll assist you in remedial reading.

    1) AMEX had a system problem.

    2) All the stocks/etfs continued to trade on all ECN's and NYSE. As expected. Not much point in having 5 routes if you halt trading internally when one of them , even the primary, goes down.

    3) IB appeared to hit the halt button on many ETF's , halting the ability to trade ANY of them to open or close positions.
    Nothing was halted.

    4) For one EFT I follow, it took an hour to fix this.

So, kiwi, now that you have been sent packing, keep walking.
