Some Good Things That Will Come From Obama

  1. Are you basically saying that men have lost their balls, or is the "dropped 100 points" an actual medical fact? If the former, I agree. If the latter, I did not know that. So which did you mean? Thanks...

Yeah, I'm not convinced of his alleged brilliance. He's an eloquent speaker when he is fed a pre-written speech. He had a lot of debate practice with Hillary, so he sounded sharper than McCain, who is not exactly that sharp.

Throw him in with the founding fathers in a philosophical debate and we'd see how shallow he and 98% of our other "modern statesman" are...

Ditto for Michelle. I tried reading her thesis after the election but it was largely psychobabble and her PC reflections.

  5. This can't happen as long as equity markets are a pimple on the ass of the ginormous debt markets. IOW - the G20 (sans Canada, who is more or less there already) need to get their budgetary houses in order before meaningful progress can occur.

  6. Offense meant to Hussein, this election was a rejection of Republicans more than an endorsement of Hussein.

Yeah, he certainly has a better starting point than Bush.

"W" came to office at the worst possible time. Stocks experienced their best 20-year period EVER from 1981-2000. He was inaugurated near the top. Valuations were around record highs. Even with no 9/11, no Iraq war, no Enron, no credit crisis, etc., mean reversion alone was probably enough to topple stocks.

Reagan came at the beginning of that great 20-year period and Clinton came in the juicy middle. Stock and econcomic cycles aren't given enough credit/blame for these things.

    Or maybe...

In 4 years the Dow will be down around 3,000... the country will be acknowledged as being in Depression...

Debts and deficits soaring, $USD crashing...

And NObama is thrown out on this can...

It would be worth it to the country to slay the Socialist monster...

  9. Random .....

    You know how it is.......

If a person buys a stock ...and it moves from $10 to $100....they will forget about the past.....in about 5 minutes....

There is no better form of capital for the purposes of capitalism than stock.....

And I cannot wait until the new world wide stock exchange arrives......

Buy/sell any stock any country for 20 cents a name change.....

This is where we are going.....
