Some accounts at IB have access to additional algos?

Hi guys, I just cant get any help/answer from IB. Does anybody know how to set up or activate third party algos? I just have ibalgo!

Might have something to do with your account size or maybe TWS version?

 

Thank you d08, I didnt think about TWS version and that was a problem. After upgrade algos are present.

 

IB broker sales told me VWAP cost 0.017 per shs which seems very expensive and I saw here CSFB cost 0.006. Could you tell me if the 2 facts are correct? Do you pay extra fees when using CSFB?
