Driving to the store this morning, a street was blocked with a "Closed" sign.... repairs. Not, "Closed To Through Traffic"... but closed in the sense you'd have to drive up on people's lawn to get around the sign. And there were not one but TWO people holding "Stop" signs in front of the "Closed" sign.... tsk, tsk. If people can't find private sector jobs, maybe next time there will be 4 or 5 people holding "Stop" signs.
