in this pic: it looks like the guy has 25lb plates on each side. so he's doing 50lb + bar. i don't know how many sets. i'm saying i can do 70lb + the bar. 3 sets of 8. there is NO WAY you do 180lb sets of 12. you would need like 2 45lb plates on each side!!!! hahahahahaha yeaaaaa right!!!!!!! p.s. i have never taken steriods.
