    *I* have used as much as 180lbs for sets of 12 in that particular movement! HA! :-/

    you are either lying, or we're mixing up exercises (or you don't do it correctly).

    there is no way you do 180lb sets of 12 for that...rofl....arnold couldn't do that.

    it looks like the guy has 25lb plates on each side. so he's doing 50lb + bar. i don't know how many sets.

    i'm saying i can do 70lb + the bar. 3 sets of 8.

    there is NO WAY you do 180lb sets of 12. you would need like 2 45lb plates on each side!!!! hahahahahaha yeaaaaa right!!!!!!!

    p.s. i have never taken steriods.

  10. no kidding it's called an "olympic bar." how do you think i found the pic?! i typed in olympic bar! i just didn't feel like searching for how much they weigh....
