Sogo Trade - Feedback

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to find out how members here have found Sogo Trade for options trading;

1. As a company overall to do business with

2. The Sogo web trading platform

Any feedback would be great.

 

My recommendation is to avoid them like the plague.
Treat customers like crap. Inefficient, unfriendly, don't reply to emails. Basically they don't give a damn about you as a customer; they really make you feel like a number in some paper form.

Maybe if you are a big customer it might be different, who knows.

Thanks for the link. I saw that link previously but there were only two reviews with the latest one over 2.5 years ago.

I guess they are not a very widely used broker.

 

well, i left them in january when they changed owners and such.

now, good luck getting online help (doesn't exist?) and support@sogotrade (listed on their website) is a user unknown account.

they also don't have a tollfree number.
