I am a german expat living in Poland. I run an IT consulting operation. Small, hit by the recession and decided to move to Trading. And to bring things in perspectives. Two reasons I try out stuarts methods are that * I liked the way he talked and his thinking and am convinced I will learn something out of him. * The amount needed to invest is about one daily income of me. If I look at thigns in perspective, it is NOT WORTH MENTIONING as a "risk". I do not plan to run a funny account with USD 5.000 or so. This is a business venture for me. I have wasted larger amounts on hobbies just to find out they did not work. So please, abstain from calling me a fake user backing him up. Hey Steve...Ron here.... What is your point? You don't have any first hand information about the methodology -- and you don't have any track record of successful trading/at least so far. I've been watching the markets now over 9 months off and on and nothing you wrote about the bond market or whatever makes any sense to me. What Stuart teaches DOES make sense....he teaches "Yesterday's Trade" is amazing - it can be viewed every single day and it shows how the overnight traders always take a position the previous day and exit that position the next day by a certain time...it works every day for the past year - I know, I backtested it right after PayPal sucked the money out of my credit card. You trade the same direction as the overnight traders before or during the market opens every single day - If I can't figure out an entry I can spend my time plotting when the trade will end and then trade the reversal. Stuart says the Dow emini is 'manipulated' -- I definitely see the manipulation of the opening hours and how the trading day ends...He teaches the "daytraders reversal" also called the end of day trade. 80% of the time it makes sense which is a lot better than where I was before, where about 10% would make sense and then I would hesitate and miss the stupid trade!!! arrrrhhhhh !!! what i liked about his website is that he actually does a P & L of the mini dow and proves it on the streaming video; then, after I finsihed the fundamentals course, I was able to plot a bunch of legal trades on the dayraider 1.1 streaming video that shows a whole trading day; the guy is open and tells it like it is; take the knowledge and apply it; I have to take a few weeks and just sit there and apply the concepts and checkin meet with him if I am at a dead end. but I can see a lot of lazy people just complain - that's how I make money in my other business, I work harder than the other guy and get the business. come back to this little community here when you can trade and when you can prove it. Stuart has called lots of trades for me online back in the 1.1 days; his new version is much much better, I really don't need his help after the first week; everything works on the time schedule give or take about 5 minutes. like he says, if I miss a trade, get the next one, just look at the clock...I'm looking forward to stuart's trading the next couple weeks - travelin' Ron heading to the airport

Wow that is disappointing. I assume that a mod has no reason to lie so that should be the final verdict for all you fence sitters. What has always puzzled me is that if a guy has a methodology that he believes in and it works, why not just compound your contracts and count your stacks to the ceiling. I do not doubt that there are guys who enjoy teaching, but it seems like all that training would trample on your trading time. So the more likely answer is that there is very little trading going on and his income is derived from selling his methodology/system. Guys I started with Stuart in mid 2006 - early 2007. I think by now the track record should be there for having some successful students to which I have yet to see 1!! There has got to be something pathological to sit there a create a system that doesn't work and pawn it off as something that you have back tested and put a BS guarantee on. If you sit there and buy this system at this point you have no one to blame but yourself. I laughed when he threw Steve under the bus for being a guy that "works" for traders. I got news for you Stuart, 95% of the people on this site would kill to be in Steve's position. I would freakin love to work at a firm instead of the small time trading I do.
