Universal Health Insurance Btw, we do have a universal health insurance system, the best that money can buy: every one in this country can buy health insurance to meet their needs and budget. Like we buy food, clothes, cars and houses. What we don't have is an inefficient, wasteful health insurance entitlement that costs $trillions and is funded exclusively with "redistributed" money from one group of citizens to another. We, Americans, don't want that one.
