Singapore is a city/state with a population less than Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, NY combined. And oh BTW get a good chunk of GDP generated by its regional banking and trading center. As well as major shipping/transshipping center. Socialist not. Next.
%% WELL you have to admit , mr. Jakobsberg, if honest, they're almost the same thing except commies have taken the guns. Sorry you are mis informed + missed the mark +semi autos are not automatic @ all. To get a machine gun, in USa, its complicated, unless someone steals it.I do agree with you sarcasm on '' free health care''=a TRAINWRECK==========================================================================
That's certainly a possibility... Alternatively, it could be that accusing me of being dyslexic is an unfortunate device which you're attempting to use to extricate yourself from an argument in which your position is illogical, incoherent and, therefore, indefensible. Let the other readers choose between the two. I wish you the best of luck.
Hmm... This is the definition of corrupt socialism, Neo. This is not socialism. I could give you a definition of corrupt capitalism, but it would be quite very much off topic indeed. Socialism works for the welfare of a certain type of people. For others, it doesn't. If my memory serves me well, Karl Marx had one particularly brilliant stroke of genius in the course of his life. He realized that, basically, there is two type of people. Those who sell their own labour power and those who don't. And socialism is good for those who have only their own labour power to sell. Because it prevents human labour from being degraded to the rank of a simple commodity, that can be bought and sold on the market.
Yeah... You're right. This is exactly what happened in countries that chose socialism: USSR, China, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela... These are all great examples of countries in which human beings(not just their labor) were not degraded at all...
You seem to confuse socialism with communism. Communism might just work, one day, because it's fundamentally the most moral of all systems. But not now. Now it's totally corrupt in all the countries which you just mentioned. You can see today some fine examples of socialism in France, Germany, Switzerland and pretty much all the countries in Continental Europe that could manage to reform into Republics by getting rid of their kings & queens.
