Drop coming very soon. Tesla Is Now Bigger Than JPMorgan and Procter & Gamble. Next Up: Walmart https://www.wsj.com/articles/tesla-...nd-procter-gamble-next-up-walmart-11594660458
TESLA is the ultimate Consumer Technology Product. If AAPL is worth its value based on cell phones and touchpads, imagine the value of a company that sells a product that people are willing to spend a year's salary. Buy with every penny you have!!!
Thats been rumor for weeks. I think based on july 22nd earnings that if they are well they will be added in. That should lift the stock after that but who knows how it trades thereafter
except that there is only one competitor to Apple and once you pick one of them, you are kind of stuck and then Apple can sell you all sorts of other stuff with 90% gross margins. Tesla is the opposite. China will have more battery capacity than Tesla and there will be 9 other manufacturers with electric cars who: 1. know how to build cars properly and cheaply, 2. will work on common charging infrastructure. And once your tesla lease is up, you can pick one of the other 9 manufacturers with no switching costs.
I'm hearing there is a massive amount of electric cars coming to the market the next 2 years. Even fisker is coming back to play.
Sharp drop in TSLA, very volatile. I called long entry 1677, then exit a bit later near 1720, then after big run to high 1700s I called TSLA short 1757. Never called an exit cover, nice drop. I find it interesting some are talking about the company and its cars; as a price action trader that stuff doesn't help with daytrading entries and exits. I don't give af about companies whose stocks I daytrade, many times I don't know the name of the company, all I care about is price action. I traded inverse UVXY for the bounce, using tight trailing stops; it and CGC opening breakouts were good plays.
